Selling tips are basically the same every where, declutter, declutter, declutter....make your property look its shinest and clean. Nothing turns off a buyer more than a dirty, messy home...and keeping the lawn mowed and weeded is also important....first impressions are the best. I think virtual tours and open houses are a vital part of selling your property also. Each house has its own uniqueness and I like to be able to show that in an open house.
